The Power of Accessories

The power of accessorisingSince her introduction to House of Colour, my friend has always dressed well; wearing colours that look great on her and being really clear about her style however I always thought something was missing as she can sometimes look a bit plain.

The missing piece of the jigsaw was completed recently when she attended an accessorising class with her House of Colour consultant. She had really enjoyed her colour and style class and so jumped at the opportunity when she heard there was a new class on offer.

Like lots of people my friend found accessories a bit of a mystery.  After all they are everywhere from expensive boutiques, to department stores in the high street and even in supermarkets. She rarely wore jewellery and wasn’t really a handbag or shoe woman. She knew they were important but wasn’t really sure why or how to approach them,

The transformation was there for all to see when we met recently. She was wearing a pink top that she always looked good in, but by adding a scarf it had transformed the outfit into something new. It looked more sophisticated and I could see more of her personality was expressed in the outfit -just by adding the scarf! The small grey patent belt she had selected added more interest to her outfit and tied in really well with her shoes. I was intrigued to hear about the class.

She explained the consultant had gone through with her how different accessories can change your look and what to shop for to enhance her wardrobe for different occasions. It was all individually tailored to her body and her style and added so much more to her Style Class information.  It had definitely worked as she looked amazing!

I can’t wait to book my class now as accessories definitely have the power to transform!
