Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we kindly request that you get in touch with us at info@houseofcolourhq.com. We take pride in offering customer satisfaction and will gladly arrange a refund for your purchase, provided that the return adheres to our specified return policy.

Online Return Policy

This policy only applies to products purchased on the House of Colour online shop without a client code.

If you purchased products from an independent franchisee owner using their client code (online), please contact them directly.

Our return policy applies solely to products purchased through houseofcolour.co.uk. To qualify for a return, it is essential that the products are in their original packaging, unused, and remain in pristine condition as received. Please note that returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. Kindly be aware that requests for refunds pertaining to returns received after this 30-day period are not guaranteed and will be subject to the discretion of House of Colour Head Office.

Return shipping Cost:

House of Colour will provide free shipping for products that arrive damaged or faulty ­condition.

If an incorrect product was sent to you, House of Colour will cover the shipping costs for sending you the correct product and will also cover the expenses for the return shipping for the incorrect product.

Please note that House of Colour does not offer free returns or refunds for products that are found to be unsatisfactory.

Refunds:

For products returned within our returns policy, House of Colour will refund your order to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your request.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel any unshipped orders at any time for a full refund.

House of Colour Client Service Policy

If you have any questions or concerns regarding a service you received, including but not limited to Colour and Style Analysis, we encourage you to first reach out to the same House of Colour consultant that you received that particular service from.

If you have previously undergone a Colour or Style Analysis service from another House of Colour consultant and are seeking our services for a different perspective, kindly share this information prior to your appointment. This disclosure is crucial to ensure that we meet your expectations and align our recommendations with your unique needs.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery charges are automatically added to the cost of the product as part of the process of submitting an order.

We will make every effort to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receipt, so that you receive your order within 7 working days.

EXPORT ORDERS

We cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item.

We cannot process your order until payment has been cleared, and we have all the delivery addresses, with full post codes and telephone numbers.

LOCAL TAXES & DUTIES

These are the responsibility of the shopper or recipient in the country of destination.

Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of acts of God, strike, lockout, labour dispute, fire, flood, drought or other causes beyond our control.

RETENTION OF TITLE

This remains with House of Colour until the goods are paid for in full.

Any credit card details taken from you online are recorded in a fully SSL secure area provided by Lloyds Bank Merchant Services and Securehosting.co.uk.
